Love Stoke 100 is a community film making project designed to creat 100 short films about why participants love Stoke-on-Trent and the history and heritage.

The Project is organised and managed by Framescape (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Project, you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 or have parental/guardian consent if under this age.
Comply with any applicable laws and regulations in your location.
Agree to adhere to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization that does not meet these criteria.

3. Participation Guidelines

Participants in the Love Stoke 100 Project agree to:

Engage in actions or activities aligned with the Project's mission of celebrating the City’s heritage in a positive way
Refrain from engaging in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Respect other participants, organisers, and community members involved in the Project.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the Project.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the Love Stoke 100 Project, including but not limited to logos, designs, and written content, are the intellectual property of Framescape unless otherwise stated. Participants may not use or reproduce any Project materials without prior written consent.

If you create content (e.g., photos, videos, or written materials) as part of your participation in the Project, you agree that we may share, display, or otherwise use this content for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to you.

By participating in the Project, you agree to the collection and use of your personal
